In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "b399", "we", "us", "our" — refers to b399 and its affiliated operating entities that hold the applicable international gaming licence and operate the b399 platform at b399.ws.
• "Platform" — means the b399 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, instant games, and payment processing.
• "Player", "you", "your" — means any individual who has registered or is seeking to register a b399 account, or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — means the unique registered user account created by you on the b399 Platform, through which you access all Platform services.
• "Balance" — means the total amount of real-money funds held in your b399 Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" — means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or matching amounts credited to your Account by b399 as part of a promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Balance.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including age verification, identity verification using CNIC documentation, and source-of-funds checks where applicable.
• "Wagering Requirement" — means the minimum total real-money wager amount that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — means any country or territory from which access to or use of the b399 Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or under b399's licensing conditions.

Access to and use of the b399 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. b399 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register an account or participate in any form of real-money gambling on the Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of b399 or its affiliates, subsidiaries, software providers, or game suppliers.
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from the b399 Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not suffering from or being treated for a gambling addiction or similar problem that makes participation in gambling inadvisable. b399 strongly encourages players experiencing gambling-related difficulties to use the self-exclusion tools available on the Platform.

To access real-money games and sports betting markets at b399, you must first complete the account registration process. The following conditions apply:

• One account per player: Each natural person may hold only one b399 Account. Registering multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. b399 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b399 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. You agree not to share your Account credentials with any third party. b399 will never ask you to provide your password via any channel.
• Notification of unauthorised access: You must notify b399's customer support team immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. b399 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Account ownership: b399 Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account, your Account Balance, or any rights associated with your Account to any other person.

b399 facilitates deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via a range of locally supported payment methods. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Supported payment methods: b399 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT. Available payment methods may change from time to time at b399's discretion.
• Minimum deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be processed.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to players who have completed the full KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds until identity verification is successfully completed.
• Withdrawal processing times: b399 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the receiving payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically received within minutes of b399 processing.
• Withdrawal restrictions: Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method or account that has previously been used to make a deposit into your b399 Account, or to a verified account in your own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Currency: All Account Balances, transactions, and game results at b399 are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied by b399; however, any conversion fees imposed by your payment provider remain your responsibility.
• Source of funds: b399 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your Account as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

b399 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any portion of those funds becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated clearly on each promotional offer page.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the b399 Platform contribute equally to the fulfilment of Wagering Requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is set out in the specific bonus terms. Bets placed on excluded games will not count towards the Wagering Requirement.
• One bonus per player: Players may only claim each promotional bonus once. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through the use of duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and Account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the specific bonus terms. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• b399 discretion: b399 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. b399 further reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a technical error, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum permitted single bet is stated in the specific bonus terms. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may be voided and associated winnings forfeited.

The following general rules apply to all real-money wagers placed on the b399 Platform, across all products including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and instant games:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are accepted subject to sufficient Balance in your Account at the time the bet is placed. Bets placed without sufficient funds will be rejected automatically.
• Finality of settled bets: Once a bet has been settled by b399's systems, the result is final, subject to the right of b399 to void or amend a bet where a manifest error, data feed failure, or rule violation has occurred.
• Manifest errors: b399 reserves the right to void any bet accepted as a result of a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game data. A manifest error includes, but is not limited to, clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault, a data supplier error, or a human input mistake. b399 will not be liable to pay out on bets accepted in error.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types on the b399 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market interface and may be adjusted by b399 at any time without prior notice.
• In-play betting: For PSL cricket and other live sports markets, in-play bets are accepted in real time subject to network latency. b399 does not guarantee the acceptance of in-play bets placed during periods of market suspension or in the final moments before an event concludes. Late bets that are accepted due to connectivity issues may be voided at b399's discretion.
• Game integrity: All casino and slot game outcomes at b399 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently audited by a recognised testing laboratory. The RNG certification confirms that game outcomes are random, fair, and not manipulable by either b399 or the player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b399 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC documentation.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, including through the use of VPN, proxy, or IP-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or pricing mistake on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including communicating real-time game information to gain a strategic advantage in live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime using the b399 Platform, including using deposits and withdrawals to process illicit funds.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic aid to place bets or interact with the Platform in an automated manner without b399's express written authorisation.
• Engaging in "arbitrage" or "matched betting" strategies using b399 Bonus Funds in a manner designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, commonly referred to as bonus abuse.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the b399 Platform's software, source code, back-end systems, or database.

All intellectual property rights in and to the b399 Platform — including but not limited to the b399 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, audio, video, text, and data compilations — are and shall remain the exclusive property of b399 or its licensors.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the b399 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or exploit any part of the b399 Platform or its content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of b399.
• You must not remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice displayed on or in connection with the b399 Platform.
• The b399 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of b399. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right or licence to use any b399 trademark without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b399's total liability to you in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you into your Account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• b399 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• b399 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that any defects will be corrected within any particular timeframe. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or third-party service interruptions may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform.
• b399 is not responsible for any telecommunications, internet connectivity, or device failures on your end that may prevent you from accessing the Platform or result in the loss of an in-progress game session.
• Gambling involves financial risk. b399 makes no representations or warranties regarding expected returns, probabilities of winning, or the suitability of any game for any particular player's financial circumstances. You participate in real-money gambling entirely at your own risk.

b399 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of tools to help players manage their gambling activity and maintain control over their spending:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account from the responsible gaming section of your Account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased for 24 hours after any change.
• Session time limits: You may set a maximum session duration. When the session limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Reality checks: Periodic pop-up notifications can be activated to remind you of your session duration and net financial result at intervals you choose.
• Cool-off periods: You may take a temporary break from the Platform for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period your Account is suspended and you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel your gambling is out of control, you may request permanent self-exclusion from the b399 Platform. Permanent self-exclusion is processed immediately and is irreversible. b399 will not send promotional communications to permanently self-excluded players.
• Underage gambling prevention: b399 employs active monitoring to detect and prevent underage gambling. Any account suspected of belonging to a person under 21 is suspended pending investigation. CNIC-based verification is mandatory for all withdrawals.

b399 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• b399 has reasonable grounds to suspect that your Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• You have provided false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• b399 is required to do so in order to comply with its licensing obligations, a court order, or a direction from a regulatory authority.
• You have requested Account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, b399 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance remaining in the Account, including real-money funds, if the breach involved fraud, money laundering, collusion, or bonus abuse. In all other cases of Account closure initiated by b399, your verified Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your b399 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any verified Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last-used payment method, provided all KYC requirements are met.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b399 holds its primary gaming licence.

• Dispute resolution: If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the b399 Platform, you should first contact b399 customer support at [email protected]. b399 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
• Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by b399's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by b399's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available from b399 customer support.
• Language: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

b399 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, b399 will notify registered players via email to the address on file, via an in-platform notification upon next login, or via a prominent notice on the b399 website. The updated Terms & Conditions will display a revised "Last Reviewed" date at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the b399 Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting b399 customer support.
